Please note that the closing and execution of all contracts regarding goods and services offered on this website is made via Happy Learning Solutions Ltd, Office No. 301, Building No. A4, Al Hamra Industrial Zone - FZ. P.O. Box 2410, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Depending on the chosen payment option, the vendor name on your credit card / PayPal bill might be "Happy Learning Solutions", "susannebaby.com" or "Susanne & Baby eBooks".

III. Refund and cancellation policy

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted timely to [email protected] and must include the email address AND order number OR first & last name used for the order so the request can be processed correctly.

The Parent Academy can be cancelled during the trial period. The first subscription charge for the Parent Academy is not debited if the Parent Academy is cancelled within the trial period and before the first subscription charge is processed.

The Parent Academy can be cancelled via e-mail at any time. After receiving the cancellation e-mail, the Parent Academy will be automatically cancelled after the next payment for the current period. There won't be any additional charges after the next payment for the current period has been successfully processed. There are no refunds for past or current periods' charges.

Please note that the money back guarantee is only valid for the main product "Finally, Sleep for your Baby". Subsequent purchases offered following the purchase of the main product are always non-refundable purchases and are excluded from any money back guarantee.

All services and products offered via this website, including, but not limited to, eBooks, audiobooks, digital content, video trainings and consultations via email are general educational information products and services. Any application and usage of our products or services is always at your own risk.

This in particular relates to filing for credit card chargebacks and PayPal payment reversals, and we will always seek indemnification for any loss caused by such actions.
